In 2024, I discovered the art of brush-making and was fascinated by it.

I feel like the use of brushes in our home has often been underestimated, so I wanted to bring some magic and a renewed love for them by creating special ceramic handles.
These Raku-fired handles are paired with natural fibre bristles that can be cut to any length to suit your needs.
These brushes can be used for everyday tasks around your home, it can be used to clean your special areas, or simply to enjoy their beauty.
I wanted to create something functional yet spiritual, a piece that adds a touch of magic to our homes.
While creating these brushes, I spent time modelling each brush in shape by hand, popping the holes, and sewing in the fibres.
Each brush is unique, made by hand during different phases of the moon and fired at different times.
This gives each brush its own special magic and purpose.
